Finding a Sense of Calm - April 2 (online)
We are in stressful times right now and each of us is handling it differently. We want to offer an opportunity to come together in community for discussion and mutual support. During these weekly calls (which will be held via Zoom, a video communications platform), we'll have open dialogue about the stress we feel and share practices, resources, and support so we can navigate these challenges together. These WEEKLY events may be for you if you are feeling frazzled, concerned or worried, or stressed, or if you could just use a little time away each week to connect with people outside your home.
In these calls, we will share the practices and resources that have benefited us personally during stressful times. We'll practice becoming more present and increasing our awareness so we can find a sense of calm amidst the chaos and stress. These calls will support your emotional wellbeing and self-care practices, by giving you time to step away and into a supportive group format.
These sessions occur weekly on Wednesdays, from 11 to 12 Mountain Time.
