You're Grounded... Finding Presence and Centering in Nature - March 8
March 8, 8-12 p.m., Palmer Lake Reservoir Trail
Join us for a unique group experience. In this four-hour experience, we will venture out into nature for nourishment and to reconnect with the cycles of the natural world. We will invite more presence, calm, and groundedness into our morning as we observe, reflect, and replenish our energy. This experience will include a variety of individual introspective and self-reflective practices, group discussion, and a light nature hike.
We encourage you to dress comfortably for a hike and wear good hiking shoes. Bring water and a healthy snack. All other materials will be provided. Plan to arrive at the designated meeting spot before 8 a.m., as we will begin our journey promptly at 8.
Your investment is $30; please register in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of inclement weather, we will hold this event on April 5, instead. So when you register, please mark both dates on your calendar.
