Email Coaching: One Week
Email coaching provides an alternative for people who prefer to think things through more deeply before they respond. Maybe you need more time to process and reflect on coaching questions, or feel there’s too much pressure when having to respond in the moment. You let me know what you’re working through and I’ll respond with questions, journaling prompts, worksheets or other tools. You'll reflect on the questions or complete the exercises and email them back to me and I'll respond to those.
