Practices for Wellbeing & Self-care
In this class, we'll explore what holds us back from focusing on our wellbeing and self-care. We'll discuss how to bring more presence to what your body needs and how to make more conscious choices in favor of your wellbeing. You'll receive a self-reflection tool that will help you determine what your wellbeing priorities are and assist you in setting your wellbeing-related intentions or goals. We'll experiment with a variety of practices that you can use "in the moment" when you need to bring more attention to your physical and emotional wellbeing. You'll leave with your individualized plan for taking better care of yourself.

Tabby is a Journal Coach, Sacred Space Coach, and a personal coach for women going through major life transitions such as separation or divorce. She helps her clients focus on wellbeing and self-care, as well as deep self-inquiry for self-healing, self-nurturing, and self-love.
- Dr. Sarah Schroeder-Nieschburg, Nomad Chiropractic. Dr. Sarah is a young business owner and chiropractor. She loves to work with patients whose pain is causing them to miss out on activities that feed their soul. Dr. Sarah and her patients work as a team to help them get better. She helps patients notice areas of their bodies that are carrying their stress and how to decrease it with a few simple exercises.
